The Zagi 400 X looks similar to the 400 at first glance. A closer look reveals a slightly taller canopy with vent holes. Both of these new features are to accommodate the larger 1700 mAh battery. Another difference is the carbon spar. One carbon fiber tube inlayed span wise at the CG provides structural stability at higher speeds. The same prop and motor are used but the performance is quiet different. Like more than 2,400 rpm more to 14,500 rpm with the stock Gunther prop. The battery is still only 9.6 volts. But the voltage drop is less with 1700 mAh (almost 2 amps). There's only a 4.5 ounce weight penalty to pay for the increased power and time.

The Zagi 400 is a rugged school yard flyer. It has an EPP leading edge for the occasional crash. The Zagi 400 has a wing span of 48 in. a flying weight of 19 oz. and a wing loading of 5.7oz.ft The complete kit comes with Wing, Motor, Speed control, Covering Tape, Hardware, and 8 cell 500 N Battery. We have flown many of these and they fly great.

The Zagi Razor is a all EPP foam wing that can withstand almost anything including being hit by a truck thanks Mickey for that testimonial. The Razor has a shorter wing span at 30 in. with a 17 oz. weight and Wing Loading of 7.4 oz/sq.ft The razor flies slightly faster than the Zagi 400 and also turns quicker but doesn't glide as well. The complete kit comes with Wing, Motor, Speed control, Covering Tape, Hardware, and 8 cell 500 N Battery.
